At Tatcha, we want you to love your skincare ritual. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer complimentary returns on all domestic orders within 90 days of the purchase date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific products you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request to help us improve.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in the original Tatcha packaging if possible.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
